Soba Shiro Tamari is a light sauce made from buckwheat fermented based on the model of Japanese soy sauces

Ingredients: spring water (Brandenburg), buckwheat (Upper Bavaria), sea salt (Portugal), Aspergillus Oryzae

Maturation: Fermented in an ash barrel

Fermentation time: 3 months

Properties: light yellow in color, fine-spicy, distinctive, gluten-free, vegan, unfiltered, unpasteurized

Use: For seasoning or pickling vegetables and fish. In particular, light-colored ingredients such as asparagus or cauliflower can be discreetly refined, as they do not discolour, for salads, for seasoning meat and meat dishes
