Einkorn Usukuchi is a sauce modeled on Japanese soy sauces made in Germany from einkorn and soybeans. Slie has matured for a shorter time and is therefore milder than the Einkorn Koikuchi.


Soy sauce-style sauce made from einkorn and soybeans

Ingredients: spring water (Brandenburg), SOY beans (Upper Bavaria), einkorn (Middle Franconia), sea salt (Portugal)

Maturation: Fermented in oak barrels, pre-allocation of bourbon

Fermentation time: 12 months

Description: A bit lighter in color and also milder in taste than the longer matured Einkorn Koikuchi Shoyu 

Properties: Hearty, elegant, with residual sweetness, light brown in color, gluten-free, vegan, unfiltered, unpasteurized

Use: For seasoning hearty dishes, for sushi and sashimi or salads

Shelf life: Shelf life for 6 months when stored cool
