About the manufacturer
After moving to the USA, the Vietnamese Cuong Pham searched for an authentic fish sauce like the one he had known in Vietnam. Since he could not find a comparable quality, he decided in 2006 to produce it himself.
In Vietnam, he acquired a small family-run business on the tropical island of Phú Quốc. Phú Quốc is known for producing the best fish sauces in the world. Cuong Pham realized his vision of a fish sauce with high-quality ingredients and a traditional fermentation process.
